Although I’ve only been with SBC- Pasadena for 1-1/2 years, I find that I really enjoy how great the staff treats all their patients with courtesy and respect. I hope to continue seeing Dr. Maria Tran for many years to come as she is thorough during examinations. I definitely would recommend this dermatology practice to others.
The nurse and doctor were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Front desk was sufficient. Facility was not the cleanest. I know they just moved to the new location, but the tool tray in the exam room was a bit gross looking. It had a cloth on it, underneath the tools, but the gloves were touching the tray. Bathroom had no soap. They don't validate parking.
The team at this office is polite and efficient! I felt like the information I received from the doctor was helpful and clearly explained, and the staff was very supportive in helping me make confident decisions about my health. I would definitely recommend this office!
My first time at this practice. The entire staff, especially Tara, were a pleasure and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was seen on time and diagnosed by Dr. Del Priore, who was very thorough in his examination and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
First visit. I was more than impressed by the quality of care and services. Greatly exceeded prior dermatological profession in diagnostics, friendliness, patience to explain and resolving issues that had been a problem the previous 2-3 years! I cannot recommend this clinic and specifically Dr. Kazeem highly enough. Thank you!
I went in today and saw Maria T, NP for hormonal acne. She was very professional and empathetic. She even noticed that I had eczema on my eyelids that I had forgotten about. She was very thorough. She offered treatment options. She suggested skincare products that will help my skin condition.
Samantha, MA, was also very attentive and thorough. She made sure that I understood everything that NP Maria told me. I need reminders because I'm forgetful. I really appreciate the medical team at this office. I went to another dermatology office the past year, but I will be switching back based on my experience at this new office.
Prompt and courteous service. I showed up a few minutes early and was still helped quickly. The parking situation is slightly frustrating, since I think the adjacent parking garage is only accessible from Del Mar east. Additionally there is an attendant and the garage costs. if you have an extra minute to walk a bit there are street parking options nearby (Waverly your best bet).
We had an appointment with Dr. William Kivett. It was so refreshing to have a dermatologist who took the time to ask questions and listen. He asked about my son's diet, hygiene, and skin care routine and then offered not only topical medication to mitigate his acne for now, but suggestions for diet, changing his pillow case, shortening his shower, and ceasing his moisturizing routine. He spent more time with Josh than Dr. Seltzer had spent. Dr. Seltzer has expertise, for sure, and is great with medications. But for us, I appreciated the more holistic conversation. We also had a perfectly good experience with the appointment system and front desk.
